Fatal Truck Accident Shuts Down U.S. 58

A fatal tanker truck accident has shut down a ramp on U.S. 58. Police say the truck overturned this morning around 4:00 on the westbound ramp from the Southwest Bypass on 58.

According to a city news release, the ramp is expected to be closed for most of the day.

Police have not yet released the identity of the truck driver that died in the accident.
